Braver is the startup you should have had internally – to help you validate ideas, test the market and launch products that actually work.

We’re an agency made up of entrepreneurs, designers and technologists who do two things for our clients: validate new business opportunities, and develop digital products and services.
You have a new business opportunity at hand. We can help you validate it before you make a big investment decision to go for the opportunity.
You've read the innovation books. You know what you should be doing at the early idea stage – talking to real customers, building MVPs, experimenting, testing risky assumptions, and iterating your way to something that works.
Of course, you don't have the time to actually do those things. Fear not – we will do it all for you, or with you.
You want to build a digital product for a new customer group. Or a webapp for your existing customers. Or an internal tool to replace that monster of an Excel sheet that everyone hates to use.
But you don't want to spend 18 months and 6 developers on it, because your devs are (always) busy dealing with the backlog of the core business.
We can help you build it much faster, using awesome lowcode tools like Appfarm, Bubble and Webflow.
We follow these four working principles in all our projects.
We treat client projects as if they were our own startups. This means we will hunt for opportunities both within and outside the project’s scope, and do stuff that will increase the chance of success without necessarily asking in advance.
We test commercial hypotheses as early and realistically as possible, and only build what customers and users actually want (to pay for).
We cannot predict what will work in advance – so we obsessively test, learn and iterate, in all stages of a project. More iterations means more learning, which means better results. Simple (but not easy).
We're hyper aware of how incentives drive behaviour. We are skeptical of the traditional consulting model where the consultant's incentive is to spend as many hours as possible instead of reaching a desired result as quickly as possible. We'd rather have aligned incentives with our customers, and we're happy to share both risk and upside in client projects whenever possible.
